Method 2 is designed for those who need dedicated bandwidth with 95th percentile billing, the industry standard for professional IP transit.

95th Percentile Billing: how it works

The 95th percentile model measures your bandwidth usage every 5 minutes throughout the month. The top 5% of samples are discarded, and billing is based on the highest remaining value. This means occasional traffic spikes don't impact your monthly cost, giving you flexibility and predictability. At just €0.25/Mbps, you can scale up to 5 Gbit/s.
