Buy or rent a dedicated server in Germany
We rent dedicated servers on a simple monthly basis. There is no long-term contract and no minimum term: you pay month to month and cancel when you want. That makes it straightforward to rent a dedicated server in Germany for a single project, scale up for a launch, or run it for years as your production backbone.
Every server is provisioned with full root or administrator access from first boot, so whether you buy capacity for a database, a game backend, a virtualization host or a CI runner, the machine is entirely yours. Pick a configuration below and order it in a few clicks.

Why choose our German dedicated server hosting
Hardware, network and tooling tuned for sustained production load on bare metal in Germany. Every item below is standard, not a paid extra.
DDoS mitigation included
Multi-layer scrubbing at the network edge before traffic reaches your dedicated server. Historical attack records and configurable filtering rules from the panel. No extra fee.
1 Gbit/s & 10 Gbit/s uplinks
Default 1 Gbit/s unmetered uplink on every dedicated server in Germany. Upgrade to 10 Gbit/s on request, useful for large file transfer, streaming and analytics workloads.
RAID monitoring
Pick RAID 0, 1, 5, 10 during install. Active monitoring catches degraded arrays and alerts you before data loss on every dedicated server.
Extended graphing
Network throughput, packets per second, port errors and port utilization. Full historical telemetry from the dashboard, useful when something on bare metal needs attention.
Full root access
No managed-only restrictions on the OS. Full root from first boot, kernel-level control, custom ISOs and any RAID level you want.
DNS and rDNS control
Bulk-update PTR records via Zare Manager. Essential for mail servers and IP reputation when running production workloads on bare metal.
Cheap dedicated servers in Germany, without compromising quality
A cheap dedicated server usually hides a catch: oversold nodes, throttled bandwidth, or a low headline price that climbs once you add the things you actually need. We run our own network and hardware in Frankfurt, so there is no reseller margin between you and the bare metal, and we do not oversell capacity. The cores, RAM and disks in your plan are physically yours.
The price you see is the price you pay. DDoS protection, RAID 1, 1 Gbit/s unmetered bandwidth and the control panel are included, not added at checkout. A low-cost dedicated server in Germany should still be a real dedicated server with full hardware isolation and predictable monthly billing. That is what you get here from €70.87 a month. If you need something smaller, our VPS hosting and shared hosting start much lower.
Configure your dedicated serverHardware: AMD Ryzen and Intel CPUs with NVMe SSD
Every dedicated server runs current-generation hardware with NVMe SSD storage as standard. The right configuration depends on what you run, so here is how the options map to real workloads.
CPU: Ryzen or Intel
AMD Ryzen 5, 7 and 9 give high single-thread performance for web apps, game servers and databases that are latency-sensitive. Intel Core i5/i9 and Xeon Gold suit high core counts for virtualization and parallel builds. AMD EPYC scales to 48 cores for heavy multi-tenant or container hosts.
RAM: DDR4, DDR5 and ECC
Plans ship with 64 GB up to 256 GB. DDR5 is faster for memory-bound work, and ECC memory (on the Xeon, i9 and EPYC tiers) corrects single-bit errors, which matters for databases and long-running production hosts where silent corruption is unacceptable.
Storage: NVMe SSD with RAID
NVMe Gen4 datacenter SSDs in RAID 1 by default, so a single drive failure does not lose data. RAID 0 is available during install if you want maximum throughput and handle redundancy at the application layer. No spinning disks anywhere.
Network: 1 Gbit/s unmetered
Every dedicated server in Germany includes a 1 Gbit/s unmetered uplink, so there are no traffic caps and no overage bills. Need more throughput? Upgrade to a 10 Gbit/s port by opening a support ticket. IPv4 and IPv6 included.
Frankfurt datacenter: DE-CIX connectivity and 1 Gbit/s unmetered bandwidth
Our dedicated servers are hosted in Frankfurt am Main, Europe's digital crossroads. The facility peers through DE-CIX, the largest internet exchange in the world by traffic, which keeps latency low across the whole continent: single-digit milliseconds to Amsterdam, Paris and London, and short routes to most European ISPs.
The site is Tier III certified with redundant power, redundant cooling and controlled physical access. We run our own autonomous system, AS211138, so routing is in our hands rather than a reseller's. Combined with the 1 Gbit/s unmetered uplink standard on every plan (10 Gbit/s on request), it is dedicated server hosting in Frankfurt built for sustained, real-world traffic.
Managed and unmanaged dedicated server options
By default every dedicated server is unmanaged: you get full root or administrator access, choose your own operating system, and keep complete control of the stack. This is what most sysadmins and developers want.
A managed option is available if you would rather hand off the operating system layer. Managed servers include patching, monitoring and a dedicated point of contact. Tell our team what you need and we will quote it.
Windows and Linux dedicated server hosting
Install Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS Stream, AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux from the panel, or boot your own ISO. Windows Server 2019, 2022 and 2025 are supported when you need IIS, MSSQL or a .NET stack; Windows licensing is available on request.
RAID level is selected during installation, and you can reinstall or switch OS at any time from the control panel. Whatever you run, the bare metal underneath is entirely yours.
Free DDoS protection on every dedicated server
Most providers sell DDoS protection as a paid add-on. We include up to 3.2 Tbps of always-on mitigation on every dedicated server at no extra cost. Layer 3 and Layer 4 attacks (SYN floods, UDP amplification, reflection) are scrubbed at the network edge before they reach your server, with no traffic-redirection delay because the filtering sits inline on our own network.
If you host elsewhere and only need the protection, our remote DDoS protection routes clean traffic back to your origin over a tunnel. On a dedicated server here, it is simply on from day one.
GDPR compliance and data sovereignty in Germany
Hosting your data on German soil keeps it under EU jurisdiction. That means GDPR applies by default and your data is not exposed to the US CLOUD Act the way it can be with US-headquartered providers, even when they operate EU regions. Germany's federal data protection law (BDSG) is among the strictest in the world.
We are an EU-based company operating our own infrastructure, not reselling a hyperscaler. For European businesses that handle personal data, a dedicated server in Germany is one of the cleanest ways to keep processing and storage inside the EU.
Dedicated server Germany vs Europe: why Germany
When people search for dedicated server hosting in Europe, Germany is usually the right answer. Frankfurt is the continent's largest peering hub, so a server here reaches the rest of Europe faster than one in most other locations. You get the network centrality of an EU-wide deployment with the legal clarity of a single, strict jurisdiction.
For latency-sensitive services across the EU, hosting in Frankfurt is hard to beat. That is why our European dedicated server capacity is concentrated in Germany rather than spread thin across smaller regional sites.

What is a dedicated server in Germany?
A dedicated server in Germany is an entire physical machine in a German datacenter reserved exclusively for you: every CPU core, all the RAM and all the storage, with full root or administrator access and nothing shared with other tenants. Ours are hosted in Frankfurt with free DDoS protection and 1 Gbit/s unmetered bandwidth.
How much does a dedicated server in Germany cost?
Plans start at €70.87 a month for a 14-core Intel Core i5-13500 with 64 GB RAM and dual NVMe SSD in RAID 1, scaling up to AMD EPYC and Ryzen 9. Billing is monthly with no long-term contract, and DDoS protection plus 1 Gbit/s unmetered bandwidth are included.
Where is your German datacenter located?
In Frankfurt am Main, Germany, a Tier III certified facility peered through DE-CIX, the largest internet exchange in the world by traffic. We run our own autonomous system, AS211138, which keeps routing and latency in our control across Europe.
Do you offer Windows dedicated servers in Germany?
Yes. Windows Server 2019, 2022 and 2025 are supported alongside Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS Stream, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux. Windows licensing is available on request. You pick the OS and RAID level during installation.
Is DDoS protection really included for free?
Yes. Up to 3.2 Tbps of always-on Layer 3 and Layer 4 mitigation is included on every dedicated server at no extra cost, filtered inline on our own network with no traffic-redirection delay and no add-on to buy.
Can I rent a dedicated server month-to-month with no contract?
Yes. All dedicated servers are billed monthly with no minimum term and no long-term contract. Cancel when you no longer need the server.
How is a dedicated server different from a VPS?
A dedicated server gives you the entire physical machine with no other tenants and consistent peak performance. A VPS is a virtual slice of a shared host, cheaper and quicker to scale but on shared hardware. Choose dedicated for sustained load or compliance isolation.
How fast can my dedicated server be deployed?
In-stock configurations are typically provisioned within a few hours of payment. Custom or non-stocked hardware usually ships within 24 to 72 hours. Access details arrive by email as soon as the server is ready.
Are your dedicated servers GDPR compliant?
Yes. Hosting on German soil keeps your data under EU jurisdiction, so GDPR and German federal data protection law (BDSG) apply by default. We are an EU-based company running our own infrastructure, not reselling a hyperscaler.
Can I upgrade from 1 Gbit/s to 10 Gbit/s bandwidth?
Yes. Every dedicated server ships with a 1 Gbit/s unmetered uplink by default. Upgrade to a 10 Gbit/s port by opening a support ticket; pricing depends on the plan.
