General Purpose offers a balance of price and resources on AMD or Intel Xeon hosts. The CPU model can vary. Our Ryzen VPS range uses the Ryzen 9 7950X3D platform and is the option to consider when CPU performance is your priority.
No. We select the host platform for General Purpose plans, so processor models and generations can vary. NVMe storage is included on every plan. The CPU named in the benchmark belongs to that tested instance only.
Yes. All plans use shared vCPU. The smallest plan has the lowest scheduling priority, and priority increases with larger plans. This does not provide dedicated CPU capacity. Resource use must comply with our Terms of Service; violations may lead to suspension or termination. Read the Terms of Service.
Your plan includes NVMe storage, IPv4 and IPv6, configurable DDoS protection and one manual backup. VAT is included and there are no setup fees. The annual option shows a rounded monthly equivalent; the full yearly total is charged upfront.
Yes. The 30% annual discount also applies at renewal. Switch to monthly billing above if you prefer to pay month to month.
Provisioning starts automatically after payment. Once activation completes, your login details are sent by email. If your VPS has not activated, contact support so we can check the order.
Every plan includes configurable Layer 3/4/7 DDoS protection and a 1 Gbps port. Around 10 TB of traffic is covered by our fair use policy. For higher usage, open a ticket to discuss your needs; additional charges may apply.
The VPS instances are hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, on our AS211138 network. The uptime commitment is 99.95%.
Yes. Upgrades within the General Purpose range retain your data and IP address. Contact support to arrange the change and confirm whether a restart or downtime is needed.
Every plan includes one free manual backup. Create it from the panel before a change and restore it when needed. Automatic scheduled backups are not included.
Windows is available without a licence; you need to provide your own valid licence. You can also upload a custom ISO up to 7 GB through the control panel.
You can manage PTR and reverse DNS records from the control panel. Ports 25 and 587 are open, with a limit of 100 outgoing emails per hour per IPv4. Contact support if you need a higher limit.
